Flower Press Workshop
Ages 7+
Build a beautiful keepsake while learning how artists and naturalists preserve plants.
Each artist will create their own 4" × 4" wooden flower press, complete with:
Painted or illustrated covers
Wood-carved details (depending on age)
If time allows: a stitched name tag on their decorative latch
Their first pressed flowers to take home
Along the way, kids will learn:

Our Studio Space
Crowded Table Craft is located within the Artworx Artist Collective, a shared creative space home to several working artists. While our studio area is thoughtfully separated with curtains to create a cozy, dedicated space for your celebration, we ask that party guests help us be respectful of our neighboring artists by keeping voices at an indoor level and remaining within the designated party area unless accompanied by an adult. Thank you for helping us maintain a welcoming and inspiring environment for everyone who creates here.
Because we share this unique studio space, we are unable to accommodate food, cake, or drinks during the party at this time. We recommend planning those portions of the celebration either before or after your art experience at another nearby location. This allows us to focus on providing a relaxed, creative, and mess-friendly art-making experience while being considerate of the artists who share the space.
Birthday Party Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
To reserve your party date, full payment is required at the time of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until payment has been received.
Party Size
Party packages include up to 8 Children.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change.
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the scheduled party will receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee.
Cancellations made 14–29 days before the party will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule due to illness or another unforeseen circumstance, we will make every effort to transfer your booking to another available date within 90 days. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may only be requested once.
If we are able to fill your original party date with another booking, we are happy to refund any eligible amount beyond the administrative fee.
Host Cancellation
If Crowded Table Craft must cancel due to instructor illness, severe weather, or another unforeseen circumstance, you will have the option to either reschedule your party or receive a full refund.
Supervision
A responsible adult must remain on-site for the duration of the party. While instruction and creative guidance are provided, parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children's behavior and personal needs.
Waiver
All participants need to fill out a liability waiver prior to participating.
Allergies & Special Needs
Please notify us of any allergies, medical concerns, or accommodations at least one week before the party so we can prepare accordingly.
Damage
Normal creative messes are expected! However, the booking party is responsible for any intentional or excessive damage to studio property, equipment, or materials.
Photography
We may photograph artwork or classroom activities for promotional purposes. No child will be identified by name without permission. If you prefer that no photographs be taken, please let us know before the event.
Arrival & Departure
Guests may arrive up to 10 minutes before the scheduled party start time. We kindly ask that the party concludes at the agreed-upon end time so we have adequate time to clean and prepare for the next event.
Attendance
Party pricing is a flat fee for up to 8 participants. Refunds or credits are not provided for absent guests.
